About Me

Santosh Modi began his career in software testing, including ETL testing and business intelligence report testing, playing both BA and QA roles.

As he progressed, he transitioned to a QA Lead and later became a QA Manager.

With the rise of Agile methodologies, Santosh adapted by becoming a certified Scrum Master, Safe Agilist, and certified Agile coach.

Despite a successful IT career, Santosh rediscovered his childhood passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring.

This revelation led him to reinvent himself as a Trainer, Coach, and Author, finding fulfillment and financial success.
